My Journey

My path was shaped by personal experiences with ancestral and childhood trauma, workplace bullying, and health challenges that followed. These hardships, including my encounters with grief and loss, became the catalyst for my own healing. They guided me to discover the profound impact of energy work in releasing stored stress, cultivating mental clarity, and living a life of joy, fulfilment, and purpose.

My Approach

True healing honours the mind, body, and soul. Through modalities like Spinal Energetics and Reiki, I help clear energetic blockages, regulate the nervous system, and activate your innate healing intelligence. I work with the body as a living portal, listening to its wisdom—including the stories grief, trauma, and old imprints may hold—so that your emotional, energetic, and physical layers can come back into harmony.

Through inner child work, multidimensional guidance, and body awareness, I help you reconnect with parts of yourself that have been overlooked, silenced, or protected. As my spiritual connection deepened, my sessions expanded into multidimensional work, supported by guides, higher beings, spiritual messengers, and loved ones in spirit.

Each session is intuitive, personalised, and designed to help you release, realign, and rise into your true self.
