Together, we'll explore what has brought you here, what you're hoping to receive from your session, and set a gentle intention for your healing journey. Using a blend of Spirit-led healing, Spinal Energetics, Reiki and intuitive guidance, your session is uniquely tailored to honour your individual needs.

As your nervous system begins to settle and your body feels safe to let go, you may naturally release stress, emotional tension and long-held patterns.

Throughout your session, I may also receive intuitive insights, symbolic messages or gentle guidance to support your healing journey. Every session is unique, and you'll receive exactly what you're ready for in that moment.

Your Initial Healing Session includes a personalised healing oil or energetic spray, intuitively crafted to support your healing journey beyond our time together.

Each blend is created specifically for your energy and intention, blessed with prayer, infused with Reiki, charged with crystals, and lovingly prepared to continue supporting your healing and integration long after your session has ended.
