Hi, I’m Natalie.

My own journey through trauma and healing led me to discover the profound power of energy work and spiritual connection. Along the way, I trained in Spinal Energetics, Reiki, and Crystal Healing, and opened fully to the guidance of spirit, higher realms, and divine light.


Today, I weave these modalities together to create a safe, nurturing space for transformation supporting you to release what no longer serves, reconnect with your true essence, and step into a life of clarity, balance, and joy.


This is sacred work, and it is my honour to walk beside you on your healing path.
